Welcome to the RCCA Website!
The RCCA (Radio Control Combat Association) is a special
interest group of the AMA. The purpose of this organization, and its web
site, is to provide information, technical knowledge, and offer model
aviation enthusiasts who love the War Planes of World War II and
enjoy competition a place to share information, views and discussion with
others who have similar interests.
Radio Control Combat events are very exciting to watch
and even more fun to participate in. Detailed rules, aircraft specification
and other information on where to find kits, plans and support materials
are available on this website. Come on in and have a look around!

10th Annual
RCCA COMBAT NATIONALS 2012
July 17th thru 20th
AMA Flying Site Munice Indiana
1.With the high price of gas and to encourage more people to attend the 10th RCCA NATS, gas cards will be purchased. For a RCCA member traveling to the NATS by car, the pilot will receive a $100 gas card if the one way distance is 500miles. Two $100 gas cards if the one way distance is 1000 miles etc. Several $50 cards will be purchased and put in a door prize for pilots not eligible for a $100 card.
2 Additional prizes of Magnum engines are also planned for door prizes. Other prizes are planned but not confirmed yet. Kit manufacturers and other vendors will be solicited for donations to the event.
3. NATS shirts will be purchased for all RCCA pilots.
REQUIREMENT FOR THE GAS CARD AND SHIRT IS PRE-REGISTRATION WITH THE AMA BY THE END OF JUNE. IF YOU WANT A SHIRT OF THE CORRECT SIZE WITH YOUR NAME ON IT, I NEED TO GIVE THE INFORMATION TO AMA BY MARCH 15TH.
